THE BRIEF

To research into our chosen topic within Fashion Promotion and identity, finding a specific problem to find the solution. Create a series of outcomes which address the problem. 

OUTCOME

I produced a zine, a social media campaign and a subscription box as my outcomes in collaboration with IKEA. The zine i have produced is in the style of a catalogue. I have taken a maximalist approach to each design to connote playfullness and joy. My monthly subscription box aims to encourage a community of people and give opportunities for my consumer to embrace their inner child. 

MY RESPONSE

My project explores the idea of Kidult culture, the idea that adults should start embracing their inner child and explore their creativity or dive into previous experiences that they would have once done as a child. My project aims to redefine the stereotype of what an adult should be like.
